These 6 ounce portions are cooked in an air-tight food grade bag that is submerged in a low temperature controlled water bath. The "sous vide" process pasteurizes the chicken, locks in the juices and retains more nutrients than traditional cooking. You can safely keep your chicken in the refrigerator for WEEKS (check your package for expiration date).
